Shopping Basics

We ship worldwide via the reliable and fast UPS shipping service.

Typically shipping via UPS Express Saver is 3-8 business days worldwide.

We send packages via UPS Express Saver method. Worldwide shipments take an average of 3 to 8 business days.

After paying for your order, we will make your strap depending on the workshop load within 3-8 days and ship it to you. After shipping, we send you a tracking number to track it, the package will arrive to you within a few days (depending on your region, usually 3-8 days).

Payments

We accept all credit cards and debit cards via CloudPayments secure network. The transaction is processed and the money is secured by CloudPayments payment gateway.

We are able to accept payments from both domestic and international users through our provider CloudPayments.

As a company, we are based in Russia and as such do not have to charge you any VAT (Value Added Tax) on your purchase. You will however have to pay import tax depending on the type of product you’ve purchased and the import tax applied in your country.

Shipping & Returns

Return policy. If a defect has been discovered within 30 days after you have received a product, please contact us at info@asketica.com to initiate the return process and receive immediate assistance from our specialists. The item must be returned in its original packaging*, without any trace of use, intact for us to issue a refund for your purchase. More about our return policy

We accept no-questions-asked returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. We also give 30 days on any manufacturing defects during that time. This means, for example, if a watch strap malfunctions during that period of time we have you covered! Contact us and we will take care of it!

To return a product, email us at info@asketica.com with your order ID and the instructions will be sent to you by our customer service team.

After receiving a product we will initiate the refund on your method of payment. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account, but sometimes can be longer depending on how long it takes the bank that issued your card to complete the refund process.

To change or cancel your order, contact us at info@asketica.com within 48 hours of ordering. After 48 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.

Questions

To order you need to choose a strap on our site, select all the parameters on the page of the desired product and specify your wrist size. Then proceed to payment.

After paying for your order, we will sew your strap depending on the workshop load within 3-8 days and ship it to you. After shipping, we send you a tracking number to track it, the package will arrive to you within a few days (depending on your country, usually 5-10 days).

We work officially and only accept payment on our site through the cashier. After your purchase you receive a receipt of payment to your mailbox. We also insure all parcels for the full amount of the order.

If something goes wrong, we will give you a refund or send you the same item.

You can return a product without traces of use within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

We make lanyards to order based on your chosen parameters. But we also have a section of finished products in one copy, as a rule, these are the exhibition samples that you see in our photos in the store.

About watch straps

If you want the product to last and remain beautiful, follow these simple guidelines:

1. Don’t wet the item (if wet, dry it at room temperature, no hair dryer, no radiator, no sun).
2. Do not leave in the sun (unless you want to get a tan).
3) Do not wear the strap for sports or heavy physical work.
4. Any items damaged by improper use are not covered by the warranty. This includes key scratches, coffee spills, and other damage of a mechanical/chemical/temperature or any other nature caused by the customer.

Asketica Watch Straps has a no-questions-asked 14-day return policy*. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you order the wrong strap for your watch, simply return it in its original packagingŠ± without any trace of use within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for another strap. Send us an e-mail at info@asketica.com and we’ll take care of the problem quickly!

If you made a mistake with the size when ordering, we will also take the strap back or exchange it for another. The only thing you have to do is pay for shipping.

If the mistake was our fault, we take care of the delivery.
Before each shipment, we take the measurements of the product, and check them against the sizes you have provided.

Yes, we will send you pictures or videos of your strap when it is ready. Write to us in advance when ordering in the special field.
